Baked Chicken Oatly Katsu
Ingredients

- 100g Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal Oats
- 250g Chicken Breast
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

Procedure

1. Preheat oven at 240 degrees.

2. Coat baking tray with non-stick oil spray.  

3. In a small bowl, mix oats with salt, garlic powder, paprika powder, and black pepper powder.

4. Slice chicken breast horizontally into 2 even pieces.

5. Beat 2 eggs.

6. Dredge each chicken piece in the beaten egg and then coat the chicken with the oat mixture evenly and remove any excess.

7. Place it on baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 240 degrees. Flip it halfway through.

8. Serve with any sauce you like!
