Berry berry burst white chocolate crunch
Ingredients

-200g butter
-100g caster sugar
-250g plain flour
-1 small bowl of Quaker Berry Burst Oats (add more if you like it more oat-y)
-1 small bowl of frozen blueberries

Procedure

1. Cream butter in a large bowl until it is soft, then add sugar and keep beating until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add spoonful flour at a time, then add oats, mix till ingredients form a dough.

2. Cookie batter is form! You may freeze them and eat them but baking them taste better, haha :)  

3. Take ball size amount of dough and roll them round. Put them into a baking tray, leaving slight gap between each one.  

4. Top each ball with the desired amount of blueberries.  

5. Bake them in the oven for around 15 mins at 175C.
