Overnight Black Sesame Oatmeal
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Quaker Oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon grounded black sesame
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Sliced fruits of your choice 
  • 1 tablespoon granola 
Procedure

1. Mix oats, milk, black sesame powder, honey, chia seeds in a bowl/jar. Mix until smooth.

2. Seal the bowl/jar and refrigerate it overnight (or for 4 hours) 

3. After a night, top oatmeal with sliced fruits, granola.
