Overnight fruits oatmeal
Ingredients
  • Oat
  • Milk
  • Greek yogurts 
  • Fruits - orange, grapes, blueberries
Procedure
  1. 3 - 5 spoons of oat

     
  2. Milk to cover the oats

     
  3. 140g Greek yogurt

     
  4. 1/3 or 1/2 oranges slices

     
  5. 10 seedless grapes (cut into half)

     
  6. handful of blueberries
