Banana Quaker Oat Pancake

Ingredients
- 200g Quaker Instant Oat
- 1 cup (100ml) milk
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 large egg
Procedure
1. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
2. In a medium bowl, mix Quaker Instant Oat, egg, mashed banana and milk. Mix until to just combine. Let sit for a couple of minutes.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat.
4. For each pancake, spoon about ¼ cup of the batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form over the surface of the pancake, then flip with a thin spatula and cook for 1 or 2 additional minutes.
5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil and adjusting the heat as necessary.
6. Serve warm with honey drizzled on top. Add some butter and blueberries on the top of pancake.
